What's the difference between hotel and therapeutic boarding?
+Hotel boarding is for healthy pets while their owner travels: feeding, cleaning, daily play and exercise. Therapeutic boarding is for sick or recovering pets: continuous medical supervision, medication management, periodic lab work, and daily owner reports.Can I send special food for my pet?
+Absolutely — we recommend bringing your pet's usual food with written instructions on portions and times. Sudden food changes cause GI upset. If possible, also bring a familiar blanket or toy to reduce stress.Do you provide daily updates?
+Yes. For therapeutic boarding: daily WhatsApp updates with photos, eating status, and medication progress. For hotel boarding: every 2-3 days or as you request. Any change in your pet's condition, we contact you immediately.How far in advance should I book boarding?
+Normal periods: a week ahead is enough. Holiday seasons (Eid, summer, New Year): book 2-3 weeks ahead — slots fill quickly. For therapeutic boarding, call as early as possible so we can assess your pet and prepare the protocol.Do you board all species?
+Cats and dogs: always available. Birds (African Grays, cockatiels, parrots): available given our exotic-bird specialty. Exotic pets (sugar gliders, hedgehogs, rabbits): call to confirm availability and prepare suitable housing.
